Class Description
Writing is a key method of communication for most people, and it's one many people struggle with. Writing and communication skills have degraded with more and more people communicating through email and text messaging. Developing writing skills is still important in the business world.
The Basic Business Writing class starts with a refresher on basic writing concepts such as spelling, grammar, and punctuation; then moves on to discuss the structure of business correspondence, emails, and agendas, Classroom instruction is supplemented with real world exercises presented by a veteran business professional trained in facilitative learning.

- Gain better awareness of common spelling and grammar issues in business writing.
- Review basic concepts in sentence and paragraph construction.
- Know the basic structure of agendas, email messages, and business letters
- Know tips and techniques to use when deciding the most appropriate format to use for agendas, email messages, and business letters.

Cincinnati, OH Class and Webinar
This class is 6 - 8 hours in duration. The class starts at 8: 30 a. m. with a 10 minute break each hour and 30 minutes for lunch. End time depends on the number of students, but no later than 4:40 p.m.
The evening class meets for two evenings starting at 6: 00 p. m. with a 10 minute break each hour. End time depends on the number of students, but no later than 9:50 p.m

Each student receives:
- A Student Manual for use during and after the class.
- Instruction from an experienced business professional (minimum of 20 years) with at least five years in a corporate senior management position (CEO, President, COO, Vice President, CFO).
